1. Check out the program itinerary

Take a look at our current itinerary! Here you can get an idea of what is in store for you in Lima, Ica, Cusco, and Machu Picchu.


2. Attend the Information Session

On Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 7pm at Mt. Alvernia there will be an information session for all students and parents interested in any of Mt. Alvernia's international opportunities, including this one. This is great time to learn more about this program and ask questions. You can also always contact us at info@edodyssey.com or at 1-857-284-1740 with any questions.


3. Register & Submit Program Deposit

Step 3 - PART ONE of TWO (register)

Please complete this voyager information form and agreement/release as soon as possible to reserve your spot in the program. This gives us all of the information we need to begin making arrangements for our group. The information you provide us (name, citizenship, etc.) should exactly match your the passport you will use to travel.

 

Step 3 - PART TWO of TWO (program deposit)

After completing the Voyager Information Form (part one above), please submit the $300 Program Deposit. This is payable by credit card or check.

Once we have the final group we will be in touch with next steps. This page will also be regularly updated with important information, advice, dates and documents. We will also be sharing some fundriasing tips and materials once registration closes.

For now, to help you plan please keep the upcoming payment dates in mind. We've worked to space payments out over several payments for your convenience.

  • by Wednesday May 16, 2018 - Payment 3 ($1,075 - $200 Program Fee Balance + $875 international airfare)
