1. Check out the program itinerary:
Take a look at our itinerary and get excited! The itinerary will give you an idea of what is in store for you in Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu. The program is 9 days long and will take place during fall break (October 28 - November 8, 2017); exact dates will be determined once flights are reserved. Here are a few pictures of students participating in pervious Peru Immersion programs (please note because each program is custom and unique these photos don't necessary reflect our itinerary):
2. Complete EdOdyssey's Voyager Information Form & Program Agreement by September 5, 2017

Please complete this voyager information form and agreement as soon as possible to reserve your spot in the program. This gives us all of the information we need to begin making arrangements for our group. This information you provide us should exactly match your legal documents (e.g. passport).
Please complete this by September 5. In addition, please submit a $200 deposit to AIS' Business Office. Checks should be made out to "Atlanta International School."
3. Obtain a new passport / renew your passport (if applicable) by September 20, 2017
Every voyager will need a passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of return from Peru. For more information on applying for a passport or renewing your passport, visit the USPS Passport Page. Due to the limited time frame if you do not currently have a passport you will need to choose the "expedite service."
4. Upload Passport Information by September 20, 2017

Once you have a valid passport, please submit your passport information and a copy of your passport photo page through our secure online form so we can finalize reservations.
N.B.: The information you submit must exactly match your passport exactly (name, spelling, etc.).
5. Submit Program Fee Payments
Please submit payments directly to the AIS Business Office. Checks should be made out to "Atlanta International School."
Payment #1 - $1,500, due by TBD
Payment #2 - $500 + airfare, due by TBD
6. Make note of your international flight details
We will meet as a group at Atlanta's Hartsfield–Jackson International Airport on TBD at TBD. Please plan your morning carefully so you are on time. Flight Record Number: TBD.

7. Attend Student-Parent Pre-Departure Meeting on TBD at TBD
Before departure EdOdyssey always hosts a pre-departure meeting with students, parents, and faculty chaperones to review the itinerary, finalize details, answer any questions and get to know the students that are joining us on our odyssey.
Our pre-departure meeting is scheduled for TBD in Room TBD at Atlanta International School. Students and parent(s)/guardian(s) should make every effort to attend as this is an important meeting. We will review all of the final details, distribute several important documents, and answer any final questions.
